PROBATE SERVICES

 I’ve had the pleasure of working with Erin McKeon and she is outstanding! As a probate and  trust attorney, I help families with administration, litigation, and conservatorship matters. Recently in one of my conservatorship matters, the conservator needed to sell her mother’s (conservatee’s) house in order to use the proceeds to finance her care.  This matter was particularly challenging because the house was scheduled to foreclose. Erin worked tirelessly in moving things forward. She made sure the entire process was smooth, from meeting with a very-stressed out client to the final transaction. She  kept me and the client informed on every critical detail, in a prompt and courteous manner. She is simply exceptional in making sure the client got the best value. I knew once I referred the client to Erin that she would be in great hands. Erin goes above  and beyond. Even after the sale of the property, she took care of additional tasks for the client to make sure everything is in order.

 Erin was instrumental in assisting me with selling my grandmother’s house. I am the trustee  of her estate and live out of state which required an additional level of communication for selling a home. It’s not easy to sell a property having never met the realtor in person but Erin was amazing from start to finish. She advised me on next steps throughout  the entire process, answered a million and 42 questions and she really had my family’s best interest at heart. The process was long and somewhat difficult at times due to a difficult family member and Erin stayed positive and professional the entire time.  I now consider her a friend and I would recommend her a thousand times over!
